Tankers sanctioned by the UK gather in the Baltic, Bloomberg says

Several of the tankers the UK sanctioned on 13 June are in or heading for the Baltic Sea, Bloomberg reports. The Robon, known to shadow fleet watchers under its previous name Turba, has been anchored off Russia's Ust-Luga since it was listed. The Ocean AMZ arrived near the Estonian port of Tallinn, and tracking data suggest it has been replaced by the tanker Asher in the Ust-Luga loading line-up, while the NS Laguna was passing Gotland on its way to Ust-Luga. The product tanker Canis Power has been at a shipyard in Yalova, Turkey, since early June. According to Bloomberg, three Russian tankers sanctioned by the US have loaded no cargo since being named.
