US sanctions 21 Houthi-linked targets moving oil products and weapons

The US Treasury designated 21 individuals and entities and identified one vessel it says transferred oil products, procured weapons and dual-use equipment and provided financial services for Yemen's Houthis. Treasury says the action targets financial channels between Iran's government and the group, along with front companies, facilitators and operatives in Yemen, Oman and the UAE that run its revenue and smuggling networks. It accuses the Houthis of using that income to sustain attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea.
