The Russian-flagged tanker Midvolga-2, carrying sunflower oil, reported a drone attack about 80 miles off Turkey's Black Sea coast on 2 December, gCaptain reports, citing Turkish authorities. Its 13 crew were unharmed and the ship headed to Sinop without assistance. Turkey said messages had been passed to the parties, including Ukraine; President Tayyip Erdoğan had warned a day earlier that attacks on commercial ships in the Black Sea were unacceptable.
