Tanker Adalynn catches fire after colliding with Front Eagle off Fujairah
The Antigua and Barbuda-flagged tanker Adalynn and the Frontline-operated Front Eagle collided about 15 nautical miles off Fujairah in the UAE early on 17 June, and both ships caught fire, Marine Log reports. The UAE coast guard evacuated all 24 crew from Adalynn, which the outlet identifies as part of Russia's shadow fleet; no injuries were reported on Front Eagle. Frontline said it was a navigational incident unrelated to the regional conflict, and UK Maritime Trade Operations agreed. No pollution had been reported at the time.
